My sweet Dog babies

So today, I had the bright idea to grab my fancy camera and take a few sweet photos with my pups. I could see it in my head. I’d sit in my beautifully lit dining room. I’d set my self timer on my camera. Call the dogs over to sit by me….. and VOILA! MAGIC!!

WRONG!

I did all of the steps above but once I got the dogs to come to me, well that’s where the plan fell through. Ollie (my border collie mix, aka the white and cream colored one) is very nervous about everything. So she was trying to sit on top of me instead of beside me. Then Willow (my chocolate lab) is just cray…. There’s no low key with her and she was just all over the place! Oh and I have a Chihuahua, Khloe’ (she may or may not be named after Khloe Kardashian). Khloe is a royal snob though and stayed in her little cave during all the festivities. After a few failed attempts to get my dogs to sit pretty or get the “perfect picture”I decided to just let them be and see if I could at least get a few photos of them without me in the frame.

Ollie…. not having it, she would legit turn her eyes away from my camera as soon as I’d try to focus one her. Willow, however, HEY GIRL HEY!!! Let me model for you and show you how gorgeous I am lol! Khlo-bo ….. I had to pull out the treats to get her out of her little cave and into the dining room, but the results are priceless #Fatgirl

Some of these photos are completely out of focus, some are crooked and I kept them that way intentionally, they are far from perfect, but they bring me so much joy.
