A First Look to Remember

Jake stood with his back to the bridal suite. You could see the anticipation set in. He was excited, but equally as nervous. His eyes watered as he waited for his bride. He took a deep breath. Then I told him he could turn around. He slowly turned… and BURST INTO LAUGHTER. What he saw in that moment was something he will most likely be something he will never un-see. Instead of his beautiful bride, there stood his best man in a wedding gown! Kaitlyn got him good! It was a moment of pure joy and fun and set the tone for the rest of the day. After playing with the poor grooms emotions we took him to a more secluded location and allowed him to have a real, beautiful First Look with his bride. It was such a sweet and tender moment between the two of them.

A love so tender

The way Jake loves Kaitlyn is truly a love so very rare. It was recognized by not only the ones who loved them but also by the ones who just met them. The way he would gently run his fingers across her hair and even just the way he looked at her, so pure, so genuine and so full of love. His vows to her were full of affirmations of devotion, support and promises of unity. Kaitlyn was the most peaceful bride I’ve ever witnessed. She lived and breathed in every single moment of her day. There was not one moment of stress or chaos. It was truly a perfect wedding.

Kaitlyn and Jacob, I told you the night of your wedding but I’ll tell you again. The love you two share is extremely rare. It’s a love like none I’ve seen before. Cherish and protect it all of the days of you lives. Thank you so much for allowing me to not only serve you but also for allowing me to be a part of your day.
