When Morgan and I first met at we chatted about so many fun details of her wedding! We laughed, we cried, and just really had such a positive connection! I was so excited when I got the email that her and Jake decided to choose me to serve them for their wedding!

One of the topics we discussed at our “meeting” was the engagement session. Their wedding was only a few short months away and she really didn’t think much of doing an engagement session. Some of her reasons were the fact that the wedding was so close and that neither of them were really “picture people”. So, I explained the intentions and importance of an e-session to her and she so sweetly agreed lol!

I am SO.GLAD.SHE.DID!!! To be completely honest MOST people don’t love their photo being taken and worry about the awkward poses and it’s just kind of a vulnerable situation! BUT, you would have never known these two had their hesitations when looking at their beautiful photos! I’m so serious when I tell you that there is no way you could possibly scroll through their gallery without smiling.

“Be-YOU-tiful”

As cliche as that last title may sound. It’s genuine. The reason Morgan and Jake’s photos look as joyful as they do is completely due to them. It’s not because of my mad camera skills, it wasn’t just because of how I led them into posing, and as beautiful as The Lange Farm is, it wasn’t because of their venue choice. The reason these photos are so full of life is because they were completely genuine. They were themselves, they giggled together, they loved on one another and they just completley embraced the opportunity to preserve these memories together. Their love really is beautiful and honest.

Morgan and Jake, you KILLED it! You are both so honest and true to who you are and I love that so much about you! I can’t wait to celebrate and capture more of your love story on your wedding day!
